To prevent abuse & illegal use of our service, full data (passwords, phone numbers, addresses, names, dates of birth, IP addresses) are only shown once you have purchased a paid plan ("Pro" or "Ultimate").

We recommend upgrading to the "Ultimate" plan to unlock the full power of the Breach Detective search engine.

Yes. We provide automatic recurring billing to save your time as you don't have to manually renew your subscription each month/year. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees.

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time with no hidden fees. Your account will remain with your subscription benefits until the next billing cycle, which is when your account will change back to the free version and you will not be charged again, unless you choose to manually subscribe again.

To cancel your subscription, go to your payments dashboard, this can be found on the settings page.

We do not collect any data on what you are searching for.
We only log how many searches you have performed in the past 24 hours.

To remove your data from the search engine results, send an email to `contact@breachdetective.com` and your data will be removed after confirmation that the data requested to be deleted is yours.

Ensure the email address you send the email from matches the email address you used to sign up to Breach Detective.

Breach Detective is a fully legal service and therefore is subject to laws in the jurisdictions in which it operates from. We cooperate with all lawful requests from from law enforcement agencies, to contact us regarding legal matters, send us an email at `contact@breachdetective.com`.

Here at Breach Detective we believe in privacy for all our users, so all requests for information by law enforcement will be posted publicly at breachdetective.com/legal-requests

Currently, we have not recieved any subpoenas, gag orders, or similar court orders.
